1. Acceptance and relationship with Apple
By downloading, purchasing, or using Audio Rescue, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
The app is distributed through the App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom agreement is published through App Store Connect. These terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict, the applicable App Store agreement and mandatory law control.
2. Provider and contact
Audio Rescue is offered under the Audio Rescue brand. Contact support_audiorescue@consultor.com.es.
3. License to use
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Audio Rescue on Apple devices you own or control, under App Store usage rules and the applicable license agreement.
You do not acquire ownership of the app or its code, design, marks, or documentation. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, sell, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Your content
You retain every right to the audio and video you process. Audio Rescue claims no ownership of your files or repaired output.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions needed to process, save, and share the content. You must not use the app to infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights, or for unlawful activity.
5. Repairs and results
Audio Rescue analyzes a file and applies conservative repairs when evidence clears internal safety thresholds. It may adjust level and dynamics, restore an almost-empty channel, or reduce stable tones and vibrations that match its detectors.
The result depends on the source material. The app cannot recover information that was never recorded and does not guarantee removal of noise, echo, wind, clipping, or any specific defect. You must listen to and verify the result before using, publishing, or relying on it.
The app keeps the original and creates a new file. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important material.
6. Purchases, access, and restoration
One Export
This is a consumable product authorizing one repaired result to be saved. If the immediate save fails, Audio Rescue retains the matching authorization to allow a safe retry when technically possible.
Unlimited Forever
This non-consumable purchase permits unlimited exports in Audio Rescue while the app and service remain available. It can be restored using the Apple Account that made the purchase, subject to StoreKit and Apple's rules.
Prices, billing, and refunds
Localized prices, taxes, and currency appear in the App Store before confirmation. Apple processes payment. Refund requests are governed by Apple policies and applicable rights; you can start one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Media processing happens on the device and requires neither an account nor upload to an Audio Rescue server.
8. Permitted use
You must not use Audio Rescue or the website to:
- Break laws or infringe third-party rights.
- Distribute malware, interfere with security, or seek unauthorized system access.
- Present results fraudulently or deceptively.
- Automate abusive use that harms service availability.
- Remove ownership notices or impersonate the Audio Rescue brand.
9. Availability and changes
We may fix errors, adapt formats, change features, or discontinue parts of the app when needed for security, compatibility, Apple requirements, or product evolution. We will try to avoid harming acquired purchase rights, subject to technical, legal, and App Store limitations.
Compatibility depends on device model, iOS version, format, codec, file protection, available storage, and other technical conditions. A file may be rejected when it cannot be processed or exported safely.
10. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Rescue is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every defect can be repaired, that output will meet a particular professional purpose, or that the service will always be uninterrupted and error-free.
This disclaimer does not affect warranties, remedies, or rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Rescue is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app, including loss of content, revenue, or opportunity. This does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including situations covered by mandatory consumer protection.
Do not use Audio Rescue as the only preservation system for critical recordings. Keep the original and independent backups.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. The license may terminate if you materially breach these terms or the applicable Apple agreement. Provisions about ownership, liability, content, and legal rights survive where their nature requires it.
13. Governing law and consumers
Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the App Store agreement and mandatory rules where the user lives. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another territory with equivalent protection, you retain the rights and forums that law does not permit you to waive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or distribution changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes will not retroactively reduce established purchase rights where prohibited by law.
